The team is adapting to their own landscape of Market fit in the aim of gradually working up to catering to enterprise level companies. There is alot to learn and like many other orgs, has had to adapt, grow then shrink, and make some cuts for the greater good in 2023

No opportunity for growth past becoming a BDR specialist. Luck of the draw for getting clients who's products/services will determine how easier it is to hit quota
