Overall experience was so so, compensation was decent, on years where you exceeded quota pay was very good. Not much company culture or diversity on our team. Random lay off's of really good people.

The CEO decided to double everyone's growth quota in 2023 and again in 2024. Most sales are not even coming close to meeting their quota.

The company has struggled to stay relevant and as a consequence cannot position their strongest value in resource usage at massive scale.
