Your immediate team will go to battle with/for you but the rest of the org seems to work against sales. Product fit is mediocre outside of simple use cases where it's a race to the bottom on price. Culture has taken a hit with multiple CEOs being put in place by the parent company and senior leadership lacking on building a team. There's a lot of red tape required to close deals. Comp plan changes YoY and quota is a stretch to attain. There are some inbound leads here and there.

TeleSign is going through a transition period where they are trying to save money and get profitable. Their owning company, Proximus, wants to eventually own a company that trades on the S&P500. Leadership is very disappointing. Lots of backstabbing. Lots of quiet quitting going on. Do not recommend working here at all.

The product does not cater well to enterprise clients, it is a point solution. That said there are instances where it can be sold to the enterprise but the future scalability of this lies within the partner ecosystem.
