Negative: Company seems unstructured because it’s always shifting responsibilities for all roles, and is laying off a lot while hiring. Doesn’t make too much sense to me. Okay compensation for a high-performing culture. Positives: Workers are great, very positive attitudes. Direct management is very good too. Many amenities in the office

Great PMF, and straightforward sale for those that are comfortable with high knowledge workers. Current Tegus sales leadership is as strong as ever - top performers are rewarded well, and the team is purposely kept lean to do so. A bit of uncertainty with the amount of actual opportunity reps will have to work with once the full Alphasense integration happens.
