BDR org is in shambles. Managers are great, but their boss is terrible. Over half the team has left since she was hired in the last year. Limited mobility in the company as well.

Overall great company, leadership, and product. Lean enough team with plenty of upward mobility and fair compensation. We were recently acquired by AlphaSense so there's naturally anxiety about the upcoming change once we're fully integrated next year.

Leadership is cheap and moves the goal post when they thing people are doing well. They’re full of themselves and think everyone else is an idiot and treat them that way.
