Overall great company, leadership, and product. Lean enough team with plenty of upward mobility and fair compensation. We were recently acquired by AlphaSense so there's naturally anxiety about the upcoming change once we're fully integrated next year.

Negative: Company seems unstructured because it’s always shifting responsibilities for all roles, and is laying off a lot while hiring. Doesn’t make too much sense to me. Okay compensation for a high-performing culture. Positives: Workers are great, very positive attitudes. Direct management is very good too. Many amenities in the office
