The sales management since the original VP left has been a nightmare. The management organization has morphed into the most obsequious I've experienced. So much so that it's hard to get actual work done between training efforts that are thinly veiled efforts to look good in front of company leadership. Sales enablement and middle management are so focused on how they're perceived by their bosses that they impede revenue generation. They have no ability nor willingness to fix the actual problems in the organization. The middle management currently installed is a governor on revenue. This is illustrated in the drop in new sales between 2022 and '23, yes some of this was market issues, but I'd attribute ~50% of the drop to simple mistakes implemented and never fixed by management. There has never once been a serious effort to gather feedback from reps that has been taken seriously. Reps have spent the year screaming into a black hole for help. Browse Other Reviews
