It is a good first sales job, but does not offer much more than that. There is little room to grow and the compensation was not aligned with effort or results which was not motivating.

Good place to start a sales career, terrible place to grow it. You can build up experience and learn how to operate in a client-facing role but ultimately they don’t reward top sales performers. The leadership is toxic and they prefer to promote those who drink the kool-aid. Awful OTE structure.

It is an entry level role into sales and marketing. You really need to be able to go above and beyond to even think about being promoted, but the incentive to try your best has been decreasing as the company has been struggling to fulfill their promises to tenured reps.

This experience got me to where I am today, so I'm grateful for that but the culture is horrible.
