It is an entry level role into sales and marketing. You really need to be able to go above and beyond to even think about being promoted, but the incentive to try your best has been decreasing as the company has been struggling to fulfill their promises to tenured reps.

This company is great right out of college but if you do not see upward movement within 18 months take that as your hint to get out.
