Good place to start a sales career, terrible place to grow it. You can build up experience and learn how to operate in a client-facing role but ultimately they don’t reward top sales performers. The leadership is toxic and they prefer to promote those who drink the kool-aid. Awful OTE structure.

TTI was a great company. One thing they need to focus on is their value to their employees and circumstances that happen with life. Maybe adjust the policies to show grace for employees during unforeseen circumstances.

Overall it is not a bad company to begin a career with. Can build sales and personal skills well. The biggest downside is essentially working in Home Depot’s and the lack of pay outside of base.
