Decent overall but 100% is a retail role. You are in Home Depot every day you work and there are no remote opportunities at any office in the company as far as I know. Very easy to interview to get promoted but nobody wants to be a territory manager because the pay is almost the same as the rep role but with a 7 day workweek of responsibilities.
