This experience got me to where I am today, so I'm grateful for that but the culture is horrible. It's every person for themself at the mid to executive leader role, and they constantly move goal posts so you're insecure about how well you are doing or how close you are to promised promotions. Even if you're a high performer, if you didn't fit the mold of the mid-executive level you were treated very differently and it was just a very miserable place to be. I learned a ton in the sales roles about the product and met awesome people, and when promoted to product roles in the corporate office I again learned so much. Am I glad to be done? 100%. Would never go back. The leadership and culture starts at the top. And it's awful practices, but there are good leaders scattered throughout but they don't have much of a voice either. Great incoming employees by and large. Getting into the corporate office and seeing the leadership up close was revolting. It's too bad, because when I started, for the first year I loved it.

A good experience but could be better. There is no commission until you get promoted into a higher role which can be a bit frustrating at times. However, the management and training is good and the environment is easy to work in.

TTI was a great company. One thing they need to focus on is their value to their employees and circumstances that happen with life. Maybe adjust the policies to show grace for employees during unforeseen circumstances.
