Legacy Synnex was a very good company to work for. After the TD merger, leadership completely disincentivized success, reduced and capped incentives, and increased goals to unattainable levels. All high performers have left or are on their way out. Stay away from this company.

They just have a terrible pay structure. left the org and nearly doubled pay doing the same thing. My direct manager was great and he wanted to pay us more but was handcuffed by director level.

Very large company, each team will be different. The product you sell will influence your ability to get your bonus 80-90% As a sales rep, little incentive to do more than bare minimum.
