The pay structure is terrible. You'll be able to work much harder than your peers depending on the vendor line or role you have but be compensated for much less. It's very dependent on org, position, etc.

Legacy Synnex was a very good company to work for. After the TD merger, leadership completely disincentivized success, reduced and capped incentives, and increased goals to unattainable levels. All high performers have left or are on their way out. Stay away from this company.

Very large company, each team will be different. The product you sell will influence your ability to get your bonus 80-90% As a sales rep, little incentive to do more than bare minimum.
