Great company, leadership change, global player, I would recommend. You have access to a world class tools to develop but if you wanna make the most of it you need to seek training outside of the org.

I believe the CDP Market can be perceived as challenging and not a high priority on organization’s list. I think it’s complicated and expensive to most companies, especially in a down a market, causing a longer than expected sales cycle. Expect a very long sales cycle. From identification and acknowledgement that it is an issue they want to address to contract is well over 12 months.

Toxic work camps /groups in such a small company . Diversity and inclusion by most people in leadership is non existent
