New leadership dramatically changed the comp plan so it is incredibly hard to exceed quota. Many changes in the support org and with account management have let to unhappy customers and lots of churn.

My experience at TIBCO was fantastic! I had an amazing team, great management and culture, and a competitive comp structure. I would absolutely have stayed there long term. The only reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is that after it was merged with Citrix and renamed to Cloud Software group, the culture changed significantly and our entire mid market team was laid off...Read More

My overall experience at Tibco was great despite my short te3nure. My decision as they were being acquired/merged into Cloud Software Group. Post acquisition, many of the sales leaders have moved on to Palo Alto, Tanium, so do your due diligence.
