Great sales training and development. Really start making good money after hitting quotas that get you internal shares in the company. Culture is primarily driven by the local office you work in. Some offices are great and some are not so great.

Amazing company to start and grow a career. They don’t know what to do with their senior sellers and sales leaders to get them at par with the rest of the market.

Lower base salary that can increase by hitting sales goals. Uncapped commission structure. Highest producers sell large, multi-year projects/services deals. Most deals are staffing placements which typically only earn commission for 6-12 months.

Over great place to work with uncapped commission but they push a narrative that you can’t experience another culture like you can at TEK, it’s 2023 that’s just not the case anymore.
