Great sales training and development. Really start making good money after hitting quotas that get you internal shares in the company. Culture is primarily driven by the local office you work in. Some offices are great and some are not so great.

Fantastic training program, low base salary, bare benefits (especially 401k and health care plan), great OTE compensation. Top earners earn over $1,000,000. Comp structure leans heavily into tenure and long term performance and tends to benefit candidates who come in at the entry level.
