Over great place to work with uncapped commission but they push a narrative that you can’t experience another culture like you can at TEK, it’s 2023 that’s just not the case anymore. To the market they are trying to be services and staffing but it’s just not clicking yet but when it does, endless opportunities. Also, let your employees work where they want, being in the office everyday of the week is not sustainable.

I worked out of the South Florida office. The team was very lackadaisical, often arriving around 8:30 and leaving at 4 for an 8-5 job. Management is new and very hands-off, yet also engages in micromanagement, leading to passive-aggressive colleagues.
