Sysdig BDR here. The BDR team is very siloed and cut off from the rest of Sysdig, with few opportunities for promotion or professional development. In every other respect, this was a much better BDR role than average, in terms of culture, pay, stock, etc. Sysdig overall is a great company, and the BDR team and leadership are excellent. But internal promotions for BDRs are few and far between, which can lead to stagnation for a young rep.

Overall a good company with very strong sales people. Management could be a little better. However, many things have been changed for the better in recent months.
