My overall experienced was mixed, some very positive aspects of the culture, some far too political, pay was decent in parts but not competitive overall from a sales perspective & people were not hitting their number. Too much focus on pushing areas of the platform which did not have proven product market fit.

The market is very hot and Sysdig is well positioned to win, but there are some issues with culture. Those outside of the in-crowd refer to sales leadership as, 'the nimble mafia'.
