Leveling system for sales consultants is overly complex and difficult to attain. It is designed to retain sales reps for longer periods of time but many new reps burn out before they see the benefits of a level up. Base pay and bonus are very competitive in my market for the level of experience you need to get the job. The company puts a lot of support into its sales consultants to help them succeed.

Base pay is almost embarrassing for the market but they offer what they call “incentive based pay structure and levels” to try to make it look good. What they miss on is if you’re not in a metropolitan area or know someone to “help” it’s very very hard to “level up”.
