Great development and training. Too big of a company to make a difference. Real world sales insight not really there.(wrong people in certain roles) Extreme time consuming tasks/busy work.

Leveling system for sales consultants is overly complex and difficult to attain. My overall experience was positive regarding the sales training and knowledge they provide upon learning the sales job duties. The major negative was the compensation vs competing companies.
