Company has great training, top 50 in the world! Comp plan is ridiculous! No other food company is paying like Sysco. They went growth and they’ll pay handsomely to get it. No fighting or arguing over numbers. The goals are attainable and short term sustainable. I question 5+ year growth sustainability but I doubt the pay plan will last that long. Leadership is solid at the local level. The CEO is TBD… seems a little clueless but don’t all CEO’s?

Base pay is almost embarrassing for the market but they offer what they call “incentive based pay structure and levels” to try to make it look good. What they miss on is if you’re not in a metropolitan area or know someone to “help” it’s very very hard to “level up”. My overall experience with Sysco Labs (tech side, when CAKE was still their product) was great. Awesome culture, sales program, and great tools for development.
