My experience with the company overall has been great. The pay structure changes and price increases without visibility have been the biggest disappointments being with the company.

Great development and training. Too big of a company to make a difference. Real world sales insight not really there.(wrong people in certain roles) Extreme time consuming tasks/busy work.

Not awful. Management is very approachable and also will listen to your concerns. Now doing anything about it probably not. Sales leadership blames Operations bad service. They blame corporate for bad employee relations. Operations never has to deal with the issues they cause.
