Not awful. Management is very approachable and also will listen to your concerns. Now doing anything about it probably not. Sales leadership blames Operations bad service. They blame corporate for bad employee relations. Operations never has to deal with the issues they cause. Sales always has to deal with clean up and dealing with very unhappy customers due to operational issues and you cannot dare say anything to anyone in operations. Your goals get hard to achieve because of operations but you’re just told sell more.

Sysco was a great company to work for, I learned a lot about working with a large team, logistics, warehouse, routing,QA. Great memories made some nice commissions for me and my family. Commissions went away after C19, no matter how large an account you opened you were capped with a bonus for only 3 months. After that no more incentive, even if the account grew...Read More
