Ok culture, not agile enough to sell on a national scale with the one size fits all method they use. I had a terrible territory, management was unable to support my learning or growth, competition was better priced with better service and similar product. Almost impossible to sell for this company. Pay “remix” (cut) to start off new fiscal year.

Base pay is almost embarrassing for the market but they offer what they call “incentive based pay structure and levels” to try to make it look good.
