Great training and professional development. It was what I needed as a new BDR in the Tech Sales industry however it was extremely difficult to generate outbound opportunities and inbound leads were few far and between. Most of the SDRs/BDRs were not hitting their meeting/opportunitie quota. Things may be different now, overall it was a good experience in terms of development!

My overall experience is very good. Good company with a strong leadership position in the market. Good management/leadership. Reasonable work/life balance. Comp feels a bit lower than other software sales jobs, but the culture is good.

Engineering led company based on acquisitions. All newly acquired tech stop innovating and employees leave. Left is a dead sales culture.
