The experience depends on a lot of factors, what team, what manager, what role. New business does not have territories, you hunt on all industries, and ownership is decided by maintaining contact of an account every 21 days. Afterwards other reps are able to steal the account. Great org to start out your tech sales career but job progression has been far from linear. I’ve done BDR, then AE responsibilities than back to BDR. Great people but pay/compensation is low and often times, commission paid out is delayed.
