Good coworkers. Solid team. Inbound leads could use work - but I haven’t worked for a company where this is great. Overall a positive experience.

The experience depends on a lot of factors, what team, what manager, what role. New business does not have territories, you hunt on all industries, and ownership is decided by maintaining contact of an account every 21 days. Afterwards other reps are able to steal the account. Overall not great but not bad. They do provide extensive training but minimal support once you are on your own. Not diverse so I felt separated from the group. Pay was okay but OTE was not obtainable unless you were top 10 of 100. Benefits were meh. Lots of micromanagement.
