Overall a super positive experience but clear growth pains in the sales org that will hopefully get better. Massive differences in compensation and career opportunities depending on which market you work in.

Overall experience has been very positive. Salaries in Finland are what they are, but I feel we have a fair chance of making good money if we perform well.

Once a year destination trip to connect the all remote team. Great people & interesting work every day. Management is personable and battle tested. Mediocre salary and OTE, great benefits, twice monthly Uber lunch catered, monthly credit to pay for your home internet service.
