How would you assess the effectiveness of the leadership team at Supermetrics in terms of coaching and development? Based on your experience with the leadership, would you recommend a sales position at Supermetrics?

Hey chief! Used to be an SDR at Supermetrics (you may be asking more along the lines of full-cycle/Account Executive terms, but I'll try to offer some insights).
I was there for a bit more than a year, and honestly regret having left specifically because I had such great leadership with Supermetrics. I was there from about February 2022 to May 2023, and while they didn't have a formalized Learning Management System in my time, being a growth-stage company, my manager was incredibly helpful in training my colleagues and myself on subject matter knowledge and proper methodologies. Once a year, they even fly the whole global team out to HQ in Helsinki, Finland for training across the sales org. Great experience that helped me feel more confident in my salesmanship. Leadership was always very happy to answer questions and hold the hands of more junior salespeople who needed extra help. Beyond this, the culture at Supermetrics encourages help among colleagues - there are no bad questions to ask your peers, who will always step up to lend a hand.
In this respect, I'd absolutely recommend Supermetrics. Of course, there will always be some struggles (selling against competitors and even the status quo, as well as ensuring you're happy with your base salary/OTE), but on the whole, would highly recommend.
