Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Great experience with Sunrun over all. It's 100% commission with no base. But there is no cap to what you make. I had amazing leaders in this company and poor ones as well. You want to find a team with leaders you can trust. If you find a good situation with leaders you can trust it's great. If not, it's kind of miserable. I was lucky that my immediate manager was amazing. I had one manager that was not honest and it made it difficult to feel motivated at times. You also need to know that there isn't much of a safety net for the ramp up period as it's 100% commission with no base.
