Company at one time was a great place to work, recent leadership changes have gutted the balance and leadership is all about cutting costs and making paying their overcompensation. This is no longer a “startup” environment but now pure corporate culture.

The technology and people at Sumo Logic are top-notch. They have been and continue to be leaders in cloud-native SaaS-based observability and security solutions. Since it is so fast-paced, there are challenges with little focus on longer-term projects, programs, and initiatives.
