Great culture and upper management. Solid base pay for SDRs but comp structure could be better. Limited opportunity for growth within the company, but if you work hard and stay around long enough you can move into a AM/AE/CSM role.

Submittable is a good company with at times excellent product market fit. There are difficult inner dynamics in company direction and aspirational goals that can make it difficult to achieve your number.
