Decent culture, decent upper management, and mediocre middle management. The SDR org at Submittable was once a great place to be, however, they've since slashed the comp structure and have left everyone with low morale after laying off over half of the team.

Great culture and upper management. Solid base pay for SDRs but comp structure could be better. Limited opportunity for growth within the company, but if you work hard and stay around long enough you can move into a AM/AE/CSM role.

Great base pay for an SDR role, but leadership has removed the incentive structure that used to make being an SDR at Submittable the most desirable role in the SDR industry. It seems as if employee retention is getting tougher now that there are fewer advancement opportunities and that SDRs are making only three-quarters of the amount of money that they once did.
