My overall experience so far has been great. The culture of the organization and drive to win something that’s really cool. There are a lot of opportunities internal to Stryker, allowing for promotions or moving across divisions.

Trauma is a great avenue to open the door into med device. Stryker is a market leader but one of the less favorable to companies to work for. Once you’re in growth territory, then the pay becomes awesome.
