Great company but my area was very heavy with surgeons who were consultants for other companies. Was able to generate new business but was not enough to continue growing each year

Stryker is a great company and you can make a lot of money. The expectation is grow. However not every market is the same and where reputation isn’t strong they need to have a better understanding on how to accurately get and maintain business.

I only had experienced it during Covid but it was incredibly high stressed. Everyone was high strung, worried about being canned for not hitting quota and had no life outside of work.
