Great products, Woke Leadership, average pay. Great on the surface but no spine within leadership, political environment. Like a hot girlfriend that stabs you in the back.

My role didn't offer base compensation and expenses were not reimbursed (physician dinners, office lunches, fuel, car, etc) . This was not a sustainable role for those with smaller territories. I was in a long established territory and my average annual quota increase was 24%
