It depends.....they did let a few people go under the guise of 'PIP'. They will say they don't plan on downsizing. But they will freeze your pay or lowball you. The better question is what are they going to pay you for your role. They pay well below the industry averages. They believe their remote first culture makes up for this. If you are in North America then you need to be realistic about your base pay+OTE. Make sure it is something you are happy with from the outset, because depending on where you live, you may not get a raise (they pay based on location now). Very few, if any, reps in that region are hitting their quota. This is the truth despite what they might tell you. The truth is no role is safe in this environment.
