I have been at Storyblok for 2 years now and have never met the target even once. Those on the team who have met the target have done so once or twice, never consistently. Therefore this drastically affects your ability to earn commission (which is low to begin with 650 EURO). This leads to the company blaming you for not meeting targets, expecting high-volume calls, that do not convert and a sense of panic in the team. I am feeling fed up. Time to look for another job.
