Things change here often, recently there was some backlash as the CEO revamped the entire base compensation. People lost half their checks overnight and now truly have to rely on the commission working for a company that isnt really a market leader. The CEO makes drastic changes annually. Leadership is lacking and there is little empathy, it's more of a grind and fall in line job.

Not great. The culture is great but the base sucks and no real incentive to gain a higher income. Sales or nothing

CEO expects his employees to be plugged in more than he is willing to do himself. Off color comments and disparaging remarks are the norm in all hands meetings. Lack of professionalism and gaslighting. Rigged contests. Favoritism and gentleman's deals.
