It's fine, but you're selling IT Training which can be difficult. Leadership and Culture are great, but there is some awesome nepotism and favoritism like most companies.

CEO expects his employees to be plugged in more than he is willing to do himself. Off color comments and disparaging remarks are the norm in all hands meetings. Lack of professionalism and gaslighting. Rigged contests. Favoritism and gentleman's deals.

Great company, opportunities can come your way if you stick around long enough. You also own most of the sales cycle.

I’ve only recently started but I love the culture and the kindness of everyone so far. Nobody has uttered a negative word about the place the week and some change I have been there. Everyone in any form of management position started off as an SDR that worked for them. They really do promote from within.
