- Decent pay, both base and variable.
- Flexible work location and schedule.
- Relatively reasonable quotas.
Cons:
- Very poor senior management, that also cannot be trusted.
- Limited opportunity to advance, unless you fit their model of education and past experience (promotions not based on merit).
TL:DR - An OK place to work for a couple years, but expect to have to leave to advance, unless you have a prestigious degree and/or experience at a prestigious company in recent past. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a good long term career.
