My individual agent seems content to play on our inexperience to set goals and compensation. I'm not sure what's "normal" so I'm not sure how much I'm underpaid

Overall it's a good starting point for entry level sales people. The comp is bad but the training and culture were quite good.

decent at best. Being held captive to offer only one company as a solution was not ideal and the level of bureaucracy was ridiculous at times
