Compensation can be strong if you’re in a favorable territory, but this role is highly territory-dependent compared to most sales positions. The product fits well in the SMB market, though less so in the mid-market segment. Senior leadership and culture could use improvement. Virtually no training or onboarding process.

The leaders were helpful and available, but our AE’s were surprised at how little my “class” was actually taught in training. They also tended to continually horse for SMB, seemingly making it harder to hit the already unattainable goals. Great coworkers, poor management. High expectations with inexperienced management, but no tools provided to help reps meet quota. If you get a great territory you are in luck and have a shot to meet your number, but the majority of territories are not designed for reps to succeed.
