Great people and excellent benefits, however, the product development and strategy is poorly executed. Too many pivots and not enough forward momentum. There have been many changes to the sales organization over the last 10-12 weeks, but the jury is out on the new leaders. Time will tell.

Great company to work with good product market fit New AI tool is not doing well at all / bought out by Prosus which lead to mass layoffs. Great Overall experience during my time there, but employees were let go for reasons that were never explained.

High comp plan, most hit or exceeded quota. Has been a lot of turnover recently in upper management.
