Great company to work with good product market fit New AI tool is not doing well at all / bought out by Prosus which lead to mass layoffs. Great Overall experience during my time there, but employees were let go for reasons that were never explained.

Stack Overflow is crashing and burning in real time. No one is overperforming. Barely anyone near quota. They have cut multiple roles. The company is 1/3 of the size it was a couple years ago. The platform is declining in relevance and leadership are asleep at the wheel.

There have been changes to the leadership over the past several months. The product was playing catch up once chatgpt and gen AI started to come out. They tried to incorporate more into the product, but the development was pretty slow. It was not a need to have product, and really a nice to have.
