My overall experience was not positive. The product market fit is tough especially with AI and sales leadership did not foster a good environment. Too many internal meetings.

It was a great place to work and then shifted dramatically GTM leadership. The market shifted with GenAI and SO didn't move fast enough on the product side. The compensation plan was aggressive but only a small % of reps were hitting quota (or even close to plan).
