I had a great experience here during my 9.5 years. It's a better company to be a IC than a manager because you own the sales number but have limited authority to make changes needed to win.

Quotas are not set to realistic attainment goals. Com plan has a deceleration component until 50% or annual goal is reached. If you don't meet that metric within 6 months you never make it up. The com plan is favorable to the company.

BDR role is amazing here no micromanaging amazing team and mangers. The company invest into the employees. Good environment

Overall experience was terrible. Honestly, it has been the only company that I can say it is harder to keep a sale than make a sale. Field techs, Installation and deployment, will go far and wide to push out or cancel an install. You can leave an entire novel of where to go, or whom to call- didnt matter.
