Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I am very discouraged with the way things are going. We sell products that are not able to be installed in a timely manner or at all. Customers have a hard time getting Technical Support that actually knows what's going on with updates and changes. Customers are constantly calling me with Billing issues that don't get resolved and get referred back to me to handle. I do not have the ability, nor am I authorized to fix billing issues. Clients can go for months being charged for equipment they no longer have or is active and this become the Account Manager's problem to fix. I can't renew, sell or upgrade to customers that are so unhappy with our services and customer service. Browse Other Reviews
